When a Saiyan goes Super Saiyan this means he got real mad suddenly and
had a big rush of Energy. Like Goku against Freeza. Later on you can control
whether or not you want to go Super saiyan against a enemy.
This saiyan had a sudden burst of energy and pushed him over the limit. His muscle mass increases ALOT and his hair turns Gold or a yellow. His eyes even turn Green too. His power Level Goes sky rocketing high and is hard to control. Goku was the first to go Super Saiyan.
